The Agege stadium hosted the first day of the GTBank-Lagos State Principals Cup quarter final matches today, it was a trilling experience despite the heavy rains as students danced to hip hop tunes during the rain interlude.
On the pitch CMS Girls Senior Secondary School, Bariga and Ikotun Senior High School, Ikotun became the first girls schools to proceed to the semis. One of the high points of the day was the huge turnout of students adding color and ambience to the overall spectacle.
In the boys segment, Ikorodu booked the first semifinal slot quite easily while the 2nd slot was won by Keke High School, Ijaiye on penalties.
