Chelsea have loaned out Nigerian defender Kenneth Omeruo to Championship outfit Middlesborough for the second season running. 

The 23 year old spent half of last season at the Riverside club and was voted the the club's best player. 

He posted this photo on his twitter account with the caption "Holiday is finished, almost time for work again, happy to be rejoining boro for the new season!"
