The German shot stopper has shown in another season again why he is the best goal keeper in the world with his consistent performances for Bayern Munich this season.
His 19 clean sheets in 29 Bundesliga games helped Bayern retain their title this season and making it their 24th title.
DF: Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea)
Alongside John Terry and Eden Hazard, the right back is the only player to have featured in all 35 Premier League matches for Chelsea so far.
His solid performances at the back made sure Chelsea kept 17 clean sheets this season. He has also been instrumental at the other end of the pitch as his 4 goals and 5 assists have helped in delivering the title to Chelsea for the first time since 2010.
DF: John Terry (Chelsea)
The leader of Chelsea's title winning side, Terry has played all minutes in the Premiership for the champions making himself the second player, after Roy Keane to captain 4 Premier League winning squads.

Influential at both ends of the pitch, Sergio Ramos has been the cog of Madrid's defence as they plan to win the La Liga for the first time since 2012.
RMF: Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich)
Before injury struck, the flying Dutchman was the best player in the Bundesliga. His 17 goals and 7 assists in 21 appearances propelled Bayern to the top of the league before he sustained a stomach muscle injury on March 22nd.
CMF: Kevin De Bruyne (Wolfsburg)
A surprise inclusion considering the fact that Chelsea offloaded him last summer after failing to impress but De Bruyne has lit up the Bundesliga this season with Wolfsburg.
He has contributed 10 goals and 20 assists in 31appearances so far helping his side to 2nd on the table.
CMF: Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea)
Fabregas is the driving force of this title winning Chelsea side on his return to the Premier League. With 17 assists in 31 league appearances, the Spaniard is on course to break the record for most assists in a season (20 by Thierry Henry during the 2002/2003 season).
LMF: Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
The undisputed star of Chelsea's title winning side, Hazard's all round performance has kept Chelsea on top of the table from day one.
His 14 goals and 8 assists in 35 appearances have also earned him the PFA player of theYear. It is just a matter of time before the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain start calling.
