It is Christmas today, and we all are celebrating the season.
Here at Wolexis, we decided to steer Santa from the North Pole to Stamford Bridge today regardless if the Blues have been good or bad this year.
We decided to be Santa’s elves and package the right gifts for the boys at Stamford Bridge, traditionally gifts are opened on Boxing Day but here you get a sneak peek.
EASY RUN TO THE TITLE:
Traditionally, Jose Mourinho seems to win the league in his second year at any club. While this might not be his second year per say at Chelsea, it is his second since his return from Real Madrid.
The Blues lead way at the top of the league and have gone about winning their games with more of resilience than brilliance.
Man City have closed the gap at the top but Jose has asked that we spare his blushes and give him an easier path to the title this season.
HOLY GRAIL:
Yes, they have won it before and Roman Abramovich would be relaxed on his demand for the Champions League to be delivered to Stamford Bridge.
But what joy would it be to him if Jose delivers to him? Still friends after the Portugese left in his first stint, the father-son relationship between the two would only grow fonder if Jose can mastermind success this season but would have to fight of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich to the title, who have been more than flawless in their domestic campaigns.
AN UNDERSTANDING BENCH:
For now things look happy in the squad and Jose would be wishing it remains the same till the end of the season before complaints are laid bare before him regarding game time.
Key players have seen their roles limited or changed to accommodate other players. While the team interest is still of importance to the team, it only takes a while before the boredom and selfish interests on the bench begins to creep into the hearts that constantly warm-up at the touchlines.
