The Executive Committee of Nigeria Football Federation has lifted the lengthy ban from football activities placed on the former Secretary General of the body, Taiwo Ogunjobi.
The decision was taken at a meeting at the NFF Secretariat, Abuja on Tuesday, 12th August, 2014 to discuss salient matters concerning Nigeria football and the resolution to lift the ban was made.
However, the ban on Ogunjobi will be fully lifted once communication is received from the Court of Arbitration for Sport, that he has withdrawn his case. Other banned persons will have their cases reviewed as soon as they appear before the Committee.
After exhaustive deliberations, the Committee unanimously decided to lift bans of various lengths placed on the other following members of Nigeria football family: Chief Rumson Baribote, Barr. Olaleye Adepoju, Mr. Jarrett Tenebe and Mr. Olajide Fashikun.
