Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo, West Brom striker Victor Anichebe and Nigerian born Togolese forward Emmanuel Adebayor are among the few who have been talking about the tragic incidence.
They posted this pictures with the caption #BringBackOurGirls on their Instagram page.
Here's what Anichebe had to say,
Words can't describe the sadness to see the news that over 200 girls have been abducted only God knows what their families are going through and I pray they are brought back safely. I love my country I really do but I also fear for it. So much unrest yet we are so blessed with so many wonderful gifts and have so much potential and see so many signs but bad governance & wickedness are the only things holding us back. People are really evil and God knew this. Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" There's not much we can do but pray and trust in God. 🙏 #prayfornigeria #bringbackourgirls
