Good news for all Nigerian football lovers! On the back of Godfrey Oboabona’s recent switched to Turkey, another Super Eagles star and Nations Cup hero Sunday Mba has made the move to Europe.
As first published by the online edition of regional newspaper Corse Martin, newly promoted French second - tier club CA Bastia have completed the signing of Nigeria international Sunday Mba on a one - year contract.
The 24 - year - old midfielder departed the shores of the country last weekend to formalize his switch to the Corsican outfit for an undisclosed fee.
And after a routine medical, which Mba passed, he has been unveiled by CA Bastia, who finished third in last season's Championnat National. The French team battled clubs from Ukraine, Russia and an unnamed English side for the services of the former Warri Wolves player
